Myself and my partner Michael Trinder have been in the letting industry for 13 years and have been trading as Hadrian Estates for 10 years. We started our company in 2003 after working as rent collectors and tenancy officers for a large estate/letting agency in North Shields who had many unhappy clients, we were approached by several of these unhappy landlords who suggested we ought to leave that company and go in to business ourselves, Hadrian Estates was started with £300, we had 3 landlords and 22 properties to get us trading, since then our company has grown considerably with very hard work and a good honest reputation along with a passion for what we do. Myself and Michael still do all the rent collections, viewings, inspections ,inventories and taking care of any problems that may occur during tenancies. We still have our first 3 landlords who we started with and have added another 280 to our client base, we currently manage over 400 properties.
We employ highly motivated and dedicated office staff with Janice Armstrong, Hayley Manning and Toni Vardi who will always be on hand to answer any queries you may have. We have very carefully selected our maintenance contractors Terry Renforth of TRC maintenence and Brad Hill of B.Hill building & property maintenance Ltd who are trusted to always give an honest and full breakdown of works needed at discounted rates for all our landlords
We have worked very hard to get our business to where we have it today and will continue to give what we truly believe is the very best service possible.
